Shipping, Returns & Refunds

🚚 Shipping Policy

Local Vancouver Delivery: We deliver to addresses within 50 km of our facility at 383 Raymur Ave, Vancouver. A flat delivery fee of $25 applies regardless of order size, quantity, or weight.
Canada & USA: We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, we aim to use 2 biz day expedited shipping. We use Canada Post for shipping within Canada, and use DHL for shipping to USA (except Alaska/Hawaii). Shipping charges vary based on package dimensions, weight, and destination.
Packaging & Handling: are included in your shipping charges.
Custom Duty/Import Tariff: US based customer is responsible for any custom duty or import tariff imposed by US Government for goods from Canada, as there is so much uncertainty these days because of Donal Trump's tariff wars.
Frozen Shipping: Orders shipped outside Vancouver are sent frozen to ensure freshness during transit. Expect condensation upon arrival — this is normal and not a leak.
Pre-Orders: If an item is out of stock, you may pre-order while we restock. We’ll notify you of any delays. If we cannot fulfil your order within 1 week, you will receive a full refund.

We want you to be happy with your HoliDrink experience. Please review our return conditions below:

Eligible returns: Unopened 300 mL / 10 fl oz PET bottles with intact tamper-evident caps may be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for return packaging and shipping and must use expedited shipping (as products are perishable). Please email us photos of the packaging and product condition before shipping back.
Refund issued: Upon receiving and verifying the returned products are untampered and in good condition, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged on arrival: If one or more bottles arrive your destination damaged, email us photos immediately. Partial returns are accepted for damaged items only.
No returns for: Opened bottles are not returnable, we are sorry if the taste of HoliDrink is not your cup of tea.

💡 New to HoliDrink? We strongly recommend starting with our smallest 4-Pack of 300 mL or 10 Fl Oz bottles before committing to a larger order.

Unable to ship: If we are unable to fulfil and ship your order, you will receive a full refund.
Damaged or spoiled on arrival: If products arrive damaged or spoiled due to mishandling by the shipping carrier or by customs (border control), please: (1) photograph the damage, (2) gather any proof of mishandling, (3) send us the evidence, and (4) ship the damaged goods back to us. Upon verification, we will refund the full product cost plus all shipping charges (both our original charge and your return shipping cost).
No refund for taste preference: We do not offer refunds if you have opened and tasted the product and simply do not enjoy it.
