Better Health Starts Here — Benny's Story
Some of life's greatest inventions are born out of necessity. HoliDrink is one of them.
The Diagnosis
In 2010, Benny Lee (from Vancouver Canada) received three life-changing diagnoses: type 2 diabetes, colorectal cancer, and osteoarthritis — all before he turned 50. With a family history stacked against him (his mother, uncle, and aunt all had type 2 diabetes; his father had the same cancer), the odds felt overwhelming.
The diabetic and arthritis medications helped manage symptoms, but came with a heavy price — bloating, diarrhea, new diagnoses, and more prescriptions. Two colorectal surgeries later, Benny made a decision: "I cannot live like this."
The Discovery
Determined to find a natural path forward, Benny spent years researching, studying, and experimenting. He came to believe that many chronic diseases are actually dietary diseases, that they are reversible, and that real change starts with what you put in your body.
By changing his diet, transforming his lifestyle, and watching what he consumed (or Watching His Mouth), Benny experienced a remarkable health turnaround within six months.
The Drink
In 2011, Benny invented HoliDrink — an all-natural, spicy ginger drink crafted to support immune health, enhance circulation, and reduce inflammation. No added sugar. No preservatives. Just nature's best. Drinking HoliDrink daily together with eating mostly real or unprocessed plant-based diet, Benny managed to reverse his diseases within 6 months.
He started sharing HoliDrink with family, friends, and neighbours. The response was unanimous: "Benny, you should bottle this."
In 2016, after years of refinement, HoliDrink launched commercially — so more people could experience its goodness. Before COVID, HoliDrink was stocked in nearly every grocery store in Vancouver, exported to China and the USA, and supplied to the Detroit Lions NFL Team to help players naturally support their immune systems and reduce inflammation.
The Mission Grows
Benny's mission didn't stop at the bottle. In 2022, he authored Watch The Mouth — a book about healing and preventing from getting diseases through diet (by watching what we put in our mouths, be it foods, medicines and supplements), available on Amazon. In 2025, Benny launched the Watch The Mouth YouTube channel and also became a Health and Life Coach, helping people around the world live healthier, happier lives.
In July 2026, Benny opened HoliDrink Shop online and Watch The Mouth Café at 383 Raymur Ave, Vancouver — where you can enjoy healthy food, pick up your HoliDrink orders, and visit the production facility that's been crafting HoliDrink since 2018.
