Q: Can I pick up my order from your physical shop in Vancouver?
A: Yes you can and you save on shipping charges. Our address is 383 Raymur Ave, Vancouver, BC V6A 0H1, Canada. Our HoliDrink Shop (also known as Watch The Mouth Cafe) retail front is open M–F, 11am–2pm and 5pm–8pm. Call or email us to make an appointment if you wish to pick up outside business hours and we will do our best to accommodate. Below is a map guiding you how to get to our shop (follow the red arrows)

Q: Can I pre-order or still place an order if you are out of stock?
A: Yes! If we are out of stock, you may pre-order while we restock. We will notify you of any shipping delay. If we cannot fulfil your order within 1 week, you will be fully refunded.

Q: What kind of packaging would the bottles be in when you ship or deliver?
A: When we ship, depends of which product, we may use insulated envelop or carton box. If we deliver to you, we may use an envelop, a carton box, or neither when we just hand over the bottles to you.

Q: Why is the packaging wet when it arrives?
A: When shipping outside of Vancouver (e.g. to Toronto or the USA), we ship HoliDrink in carton boxes with frozen HoliDrink bottles since delivery takes at least 2 days. By the time it arrives, the frozen bottles may have thawed, but should still be chilled. Any moisture is condensation — it is not a leak from bottle or cap.

Product & Ingredients

Q: How many flavors of HoliDrink are there?
A: Five, viz: HoliEH Spicy Ginger, HoliBlack Spicy Blackberry, HoliBlue Spicy Blueberry, HoliKelp Spicy Kelp and the Original Non-Spicy refreshing original Honey Lime flavor.

Q: What are the ingredients of HoliDrink?
A: We only use fresh, unprocessed ingredients — raw honey, lime, ginger, chili, blackberry, blueberry, and more. We do not add cane sugar (another name for the refined white sugar), syrup, stevia extract, artificial sweeteners, additives, chemicals, preservatives, or anything from concentrate, puree, or powder. In short: 100% natural, healthy ingredients.

Q: Where can I see the labels, ingredient list, and nutritional value of HoliDrink?

Q: If there is no sugar added, then where does the sweetness in HoliDrink come from?
A: Pure raw Canadian honey.

Q: What is the shelf life of HoliDrink?
A: Refrigerated and unopened: up to 6 months. Refrigerated and opened: up to 3 months. At room temperature: approximately up to 2 weeks.

Q: Why do the photos show white caps but some of my bottles have black caps?
A: The tamper-evident caps come in several colours. We normally use white caps, but when white caps are depleted we use black caps. Black or white — they are visually different but function exactly the same.

Bottles

Q: What is my option regarding PET plastic bottle vs Glass bottle?
A: You can choose our products, some are in PET plastic bottles, some are in glass bottles, but right now, for product in glass bottles, either you come to our shop to pick up or we deliver to your place if it is within 50km radius from our shop.

Q: How and where do we recycle the PET plastic or glass bottle?
A: You can recycle with your own recycle routine at your own home/office/workplace or your local recycling depot, or you can bring them to our shop for recycling and get paid.

Q: Recycle the empty/washed bottle via you and get paid for it, how does it work?
A: If and when you return to our shop, the empty+washed bottle, for PET 300mL bottle, you get paid $1, for glass bottles (must return with caps), 1L bottle $2, for 32 Fl Oz bottle or ¼ Gallon bottle $2, for ½ Gallon bottle $4, and for 1 Gallon bottle $6.

How and when to consume HoliDrink?

Q: What is the recommended daily dose for HoliDrink?
A: It depends on the individual. Most people consume an average of one 300mL (10 fl oz) bottle per day. You can drink more or less — one customer drank 6 bottles during a half-day fishing trip in summer, while some others drink a shot every night before bed.

Q: Can you drink HoliDrink hot or cold?
A: Yes! HoliDrink is equally tasty and nutritious hot or cold. Simply pour it into a cup and heat it in the microwave, or warm it in a pot on the stove.

Q: When is the best time to drink HoliDrink?
A: Anytime! Before a meal or after — whatever works best for you.

Q: How long before the benefits of drinking HoliDrink daily become noticeable?
A: Results vary by individual. Alongside drinking HoliDrink daily, we recommend being mindful of what else you consume — many processed foods, medicines, and supplements contain additives, bad sugars, and chemicals and preservatives, that can affect your health negatively. Q: Do you charge shipping & handling?

A: Shipping charge is extra but Packaging and Handling are included in your shipping charges.

Q: What are the typical shipping charges?

A: See the table below to get an idea for shipping charge in Canadian Dollars (including fuel surcharge and Canadian sales tax) and in US$, as of June 2026 (they are subject due to the ongoing Iran war, currency fluctuation, etc):

Q: Custom Duty or Import Tariff
A: US based customer is responsible for any custom duty or import tariff imposed by US Government for goods from Canada, as there is so much uncertainty these days because of Donal Trump's tariff wars.

Q: If I have a business like a pub, supplement store, cafe, gym, yoga center, etc, can I source HoliDrink at wholesale price to sell to my customers/patrons?
A: Yes, please contact us to discuss B2B sales.

Q: What ideas can we use HoliDrink for?
A: HoliDrink is ideal for Party and for drivers as it is non-alcoholic, and is perfect gift for Valentines, Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas, or anyone whom you love or care, etc.

Q: What fun moxtail ideas can we use HoliDrink for?
A: Besides drinking by itself is already fun and delicious, we have seen customers who mixed HoliEH Spicy Ginger with Soda Water to make healthy ginger beer, and use HoliEH Spicy Ginger to make Moscow Mule or Dark ’N’ Stormy cocktail. Let your ideas run wild, mix HoliDrink any flavor, with vodka, rum, soda water, etc.

Q: Why does www.holidrink.com link to a pet service/store?
A: Benny Lee, founder of HoliDrink, previously owned the domain holidrink.com but did not renew it in 2024. Someone else registered it and created a mock website hoping to sell the domain at a high price. Benny has decided not to buy it back. Our official domain is HoliDrink.Shop. We also own all HoliDrink accounts on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
